SAN FRANCISCO – Colin Kaepernick ran for an NFL record 181 rushing yards for a quarterback in any NFL game as the San Francisco 49ers beat the Green Bay Packers 45-31 to reach NFC title game. They await the winner of the Seattle Seahawks – Atlanta Falcons divisional playoff game on Sunday.
Kaepernick accounted for four touchdowns- two rushing and two throwing.
