AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State women’s basketball team’s 2013-14 recruiting class has been ranked No. 25 in the nation by the recruiting service All Star Girls Report. The class was third among Big 12 schools, joining Baylor (22) and Texas (23) on the list.
Head coach Bill Fennelly and the Cyclones inked four preps on signing day, led by the 44th-ranked player Jadda Buckley, a point guard out of Mason City, Iowa. Guard/forward Tyseanna Johnson (Brooklyn Park, Minn.) was ranked No. 72 by the publication, while 6-2 forward Jordan Jensen (Gilbert, Ariz.) was rated the 256th player in the class.
Iowa State also added Lexi Albrecht, a preferred walk on from Carroll, Iowa.
