Tim Engstrom, Albert Lea Tribune, Minn. –
A group of juvenile boys face citations of disorderly conduct Tuesday as a result of a fight in a restroom at Albert Lea High School.
One student captured the fight on video and, on Wednesday, posted it to YouTube. Albert Lea police said it is the best account they have of the fight because there are not school cameras in the restrooms.
According to an Albert Lea Police Department lieutenant, the fight remains under investigation. The fight happened Tuesday during the lunch hour, and school resource officer Ted Herman responded.
The Tribune posted the video Thursday morning but decided to take it down after a discussion over whether the news value outweighed the entertainment value.
