CRESTON, Iowa – Southwestern Community College dropped the NIACC women to 12-12 and 4-6 in the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference after winning 67-57 on Wednesday night.
Kika Greenlee (Fr., Saint Louis Park, MN) had another good scoring night with 28. It was the eighth time she has scored over 25 points in a game this season. Jennifer Nelsen (So., Mason City, IA) scored 14 points to reach double digit scoring for the third time in the past four games.
Southwestern outscored the Trojans 43-28 in the second half, and were led by Jamee Miner’s 25 points.
NIACC will not play until next Wednesday when they travel to Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids.
