An ambulance was also at the scene, but it is not known if the victim was in it.

The Clear Lake/Ventura Police Officers were still investigating the incident at 7:30 a.m.  They were checking out a house with the address 136 7th Ave. N, also known as J.P. Richardson Avenue.
