SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
Apparently the two judges interviewed by the globe felt that way, however the judge who sentenced Michael Cabrera to two years in prison for his 11th offense didn’t read the globe.
He came into the store and asked who called the police. I was in there and was watching it happen.
I really think this is a “non-story”. We have already been told by the GG that the local judges have told them they will be assigning deferred and suspended sentences because of jail overcrowding! So why are we interested ib his 11th arrest or his 40th…it isn’t going to make any difference!
