Request for proposals no accepted for Mason City attorney position

MASON CITY – The City of Mason City invites qualified individuals or firms to submit a proposal to provide City Attorney Services based upon the scope of work contained in the City’s Request for Proposal. This position provides all legal services to the City of Mason City in the areas of civil litigation and magistrate court items. Applicants are invited to submit a proposal for civil litigation items only, magistrate court items only, or a combination of both areas.

Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 17, 2011 in the City Administrator’s Office, City Hall located at 10 First Street NW, Mason City, Iowa 50401.
