Shortly before 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning Mason City Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the alley of the 900 block of 12th Ave NW. Law enforcement arrested Dylan Mitchell, age 19, for two felony warrants in relation to his escape from Beje Clark early this month.
Mitchell had not returned to a Beje Clark, a residential treatment facility located in Mason City, where he was serving a 6 month sentence for probation violations related to his convictions on possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, 2nd degree theft, and 3rd degree burglary.
Dylan was transported and booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail on felony escape, and a probation revocation warrant. He remains in jail pending further court proceedings.
