Cerro Gordo County deputies made a traffic stop on the north end of Plymouth at 2am this morning. Upon investigation deputies arrested Scott Walk, age 38, of Grafton on 3rd or subsequent offense OWI.
He was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail for the OWI on a $5000 cash or surety bond pending further court proceedings.
3rd Offense OWI is a class D felony and if found guilty Scott Walk faces a mandatory 30 day sentence or up to 5 years in prison.
