A Mason City man was arrested early Thursday on an indecent exposure charge.
Lane Edward Factor, 55, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Thursday morning at 510 S. Illinois Ave. APT. 34 for “exposing himself to subjects.”

Subject is innocent until proven guilty.
