Children’s Book Week is May 2-8, 2011. Here is the schedule of events:
Monday, May 2nd: Police Chief Mike Lashbrook will do a short story time at 6:00PM in the Story Time Room.
Tuesday, May 3rd: There will be a drop-in bookmark craft from 10:00AM-7:00PM in the Children’s Room.
Wednesday, May 4th: Fire Chief Bob Platts will do a short story time at 10:00AM in the Story Time Room.
Thursday, May 5th: There will be a drop-in library card holder craft from 10:00AM-7:00PM in the Children’s Room.†
We will have a “Find-it” contest in the Children’s Room throughout the week and will give a copy of Children Make Terrible Pets by Peter Brown to five children randomly drawn from the correct answer forms.|
