SPILLVILLE, IOWA – A rowdy Wisconsin man was jailed after a bar fight in this tiny Northern Iowa town.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office reported Monday that deputies responded to a 911 call about a fight in progress at the Hotel Capone Bar and Grill in Spillville on October 8 just before 10 PM.
Brian Bowar, age 37 of LaCrosse, Wisconsin, was placed under arrest for public intoxication and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
I don’t believe he’s ever had a drug conviction or pill problem in his life. It wasn’t even a fight and no punches were thrown and the charges were dropped. Get a clue.

This guy is just a flat out jerk-violated probation and jumped bail in 2011. He was arrested in 2008 for operating w/pac (drunk driving), then he had the charges in 2011 and now in 2015 he’s in a bar fight. This guy will end up really hurting someone. He’s a menace to whatever community he’s in.
My guess he must of came to Iowa to kick some ass because Iowa went to Wisconsin and kicked the whole teams ass, Sorry ass loser!
