DECORAH, IOWA – A Northern Iowa woman has died after her car entered a ditch.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, on Saturday, October 11 at about 2:30 AM, a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by 26-year-old Allie Loden of Decorah, Iowa was northbound on Middle Calmar Road in Winneshiek county when the vehicle drifted across the center line into the southbound lane and then entered a ditch. The vehicle rolled, and Loden was ejected from the vehicle.
Loden was transported to a nearby hospital but later died.
