Mason City man arrested again after pleading guilty to interference

MASON CITY – A man arrested last month for interference with a police officer after he brandished a knife has pleaded guilty, and was arrested again this weekend.

Ted William Cordle, age 35, was arrested on February 19th after police responded to an “out of control man” at the 1000 block of 6th Street SW.   At the scene, police were able to restrain Cordle and arrest him for interference with official acts.  He pleaded guilty on March 5th and received a $250.00 fine and other costs.

Then, on March 8th, Cordle was arrested for public intoxication.  No court date was shown for Cordle in that case.
