Gov. Reynolds signs legislation into law

DES MOINES – On Thursday, May 23, Gov. Reynolds signed the following bills into law:

SF603: an act relating to use of concurrent enrollment programs for teaching certain subjects required under the educational standards, to the enrollment of pupils under concurrent enrollment program agreements between certain accredited nonpublic schools and community colleges, and to the criminal offense of sexual exploitation by a school employee providing instruction under a concurrent enrollment program, making penalties applicable, and including retroactive and other applicability provisions.

SF634: an act relating to local government budgets and property taxation by modifying provisions governing the establishment and approval of county and city budgets, modifying provisions relating to the state appraisal manual, and including applicability provisions.

Gov. Reynolds released the following statement on SF634:

“This bill creates an additional public hearing prior to the approval of a city or county’s budget, allowing more public input and helping increase awareness and transparency to the budgeting process and Iowa taxpayers.”

governor reynolds, the women who wont be getting another term. the dems and repswhere in agreement on raising the rediculous thc cap for medical marijuana patience you dont veto something evry thinking mind in iowa is for. this women doesnt know shit and decided based on her reefer madness style idiotic opinions that she would veto rasing thc percentage, so basically she likes it when cancer patients suffer she enjoys their pain and death? shes a stupid person and an evil person. she wants to deny sick people effective medicine and keep shilling the current ineffective low cap on thc she needs to go. on another note wheres our constitutional carry and hearing protection devices? shes done nothing positive for iowans. she should be burned at the stake.
