Glad to see they are coming back. Enjoy seeing all the displays.

just to bad the uptown JOKE wont be built by then, bet lots of people just cant wait to stay in the hotel, walk on the skywalk and attend the hockey games much less to say shop in the all the stores that are going to fill the mall. what’s your next dream

This will be a big bang 😉

I am excited to have them back again, they always have an awesome show that you can’t see anywhere else. They bring a lot of money to the local economy and it it is a win for everyone, including the fairgrounds. For those people that complain about the noise, suck it up, it is just a week and you chose to build your house next to a race track, live with it.

Everything is always about the local economy. What about doing something for the local taxpaying citizens for once.

I welcome them – won’t smell the Chinese pig farms for a week!

By the addition of Chinese sulfur and heavy metals.

I WANT THEM, I can listen to a few explosions at night for a week as long as they bring a few million dollars to town. If you are a snowflake and offended by everything, just leave town for a week. And yes, take your dog and kids that cry when they here a fireworks go off with you. yes, its a chance at free entertainment for the 90% of everybody in Mason City who is on wellfare

..with all the “requirements” that are never discussed to even get them(PGI) here, and the fact that it’s worn out it’s welcome, it must come down to the lack of new event ingenuity from the board running the Fairgrounds. Why not LIST the requirements Mr. Fairgrounds. I’m sure people would like to see them.

why do they keep coming back to mason city, that’s real easy, cause no one else wants them. cities don’t want all the bangs all hours of the night and day. Simple

lighten up francis
