MASON CITY – An award for child safety was presented to the Cerro Gordo county sheriff’s office.
The Cerro Gordo county sheriff’s office has collaborated with The National Child Safety Council for 15 years to provide educational material to children in Cerro Gordo County, sheriff Kevin Pals told NIT.
John Hauschild, National Child Safety Council, presented Sheriff Pals with a 15-year plaque for outstanding and dedicated service to the safety of children in Cerro Gordo County.
