Mason City man caught drunk driving for third time

MASON CITY – A traffic complaint about a reckless driver led to the third arrest of a Mason City man for drunk driving.

Saturday at about noon, a traffic complaint was made which described a person driving recklessly. Mason City police officers responded and searched for the vehicle, which was located near 19th Street SW and South Taft Avenue. After an investigation, the driver, Timothy Mark Wilmarth was arrested for drunk driving.

Wilmarth was taken to jail, booked and later released, pending a court date. He has been arrested three times for drunk driving, all by Mason City police: in 1996, 2006 and now 2015.

I thought he didn’t have a license. He’s such a loser, wouldn’t notice if any of his children where standing next to him.

Only caught 3 times, and you know that he does it at least once a week, somebodies not doing their job.
