MASON CITY – Building Official Chuck McGreevey, who served the city of Mason City for years, passed away over the weekend.
McGreevey, who was 67, died Saturday. He served Mason City for about 40 years in one capacity or another.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Hogan Bremer funeral home.
Pat Otto has been appointed as Interim Building and Neighborhood Services Department Director.
