I wonder if “Truman Theodore Murphy (15) Mason City,” is related to J.D Murphy, who has been in the court system as well since he was 15. He is currently in jail and again waiting for space at BeJe. He is a car burglar, home burglar, and regular escapee of BeJe as well as interfering with witnesses against him.

As far as I know, he has never been sent to prison but has a record a mile long, I don’t understand this. They may not be related but I am just curious.

Anytime young teens are out after midnight, they,re up to no good. There should be a curfew depending on age and where your going. If that would have been me at that age, I would have got a good whipping. Spare the rod, spoil the child, thanks, government.

They are starting pretty early in life. I guess they have heard (probably from their family) there is no penalty for stealing other people’s property.
