Beverly Crowell, 80, of Mason City, Iowa, passed away on January 14, 2026.
Beverly was born on July 19, 1945, in Rockwell, Iowa, the daughter of Donald N. and Charlotte J. (Clark) Logan. She attended Sacred Heart Academy and graduated from Newman High School in 1963. Beverly continued her education at Mason City Junior College.
On November 18, 1967, she was united in marriage to Richard Crowell. Together they built a life centered on family and shared adventures. They were blessed with two sons, Clark, born in 1971, and Brian, born in 1976.
Beverly began her professional career with Iowa Kemper Insurance and later chose to devote herself full-time to raising her sons. Once both children were in school, she returned to the workforce, joining Shearson Brothers. She went on to enjoy a long and successful career in the financial services industry, retiring from Wells Fargo Advisors after 33 years of dedicated service.
Beverly and Richard shared a love of travel and explored much of the United States together, visiting 42 states. Alaska held a special place in her heart and remained her favorite destination.
She is survived by her loving husband, Richard Crowell of Mason City; her sons, Clark (Erica) Crowell and Brian (Amanda) Crowell; grandchildren, Charlotte Crowell and Alyssa (Brandon) Bradley; siblings, John (Robin) Logan and Robert Logan; as well as nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Michael Logan; and several aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 19, at Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel, 126 3rd St NE, Mason City from 5:00 pm until 6:30 pm where a Scriptural Wake service will begin at 6:30.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Epiphany Parish – Holy Family Catholic Church, 722 N Adams Ave., Mason City, with Rev. David O’Connor presiding. Burial will follow in Elmwood–St. Joseph Cemetery.
