HENRY COUNTY, IOWA – This young Iowa man is in very deep trouble today after cops investigated his potential conduct towards a related child victim.
On May 10, 2025, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office received a call reporting a possible sexual assault. This started a law enforcement investigation.
After investigation, the sheriff’s department found that a suspect, 19-year-old Kyle Lawrence Wyatt of Palo, Iowa, did sexually assault a juvenile minor and did expose himself to the juvenile minor victim.
June 17, 2025, Wyatt was arrested on one count of indecent exposure (Iowa code section 709.9(1)) and one count of third-degree sex abuse (child victim related by blood, Iowa code section 709.4(1)(B)(2)(B)).
Wyatt remains jailed awaiting court appearances.
