The Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, met in regular session pursuant to adjournment. Present:
Chairman Chris Watts, Vice Chairman Casey Callanan, Supervisor Carl Ginapp, and various members of the
public.
Chairman Watts convened the meeting at 10:00 a.m.
Callanan moved with Ginapp seconding, to approve today’s agenda and the minutes for the January 6, 2025
special session and the January 6, 2025 regular session.
Motion passed unanimously.
Public comment session was held.
Callanan moved with Ginapp seconding, to approve claims. Motion passed unanimously.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to authorize Rodney McKinney to conduct field review on the
following drainage districts:
Work Order Number 2025011001
Drainage District: 31

Problem:
Continuation of work order 2024041501 for broken tile.
Motion passed unanimously.
Callanan moved with Ginapp seconding, to approve Change Order No. 3 – Contract with Rock Central Sewer
& Water for Drainage District 1 – Main Tile Repair Project, Change Order No. 4 – Contract with Wunsch
Construction, Inc for Drainage District 1 – Main Tile Repair Project, and Pay Application No. 1 – Wunch
Construction, Inc. for Drainage District 1 – Main Tile Repair Project. Motion passed unanimously.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to approve the Recorder’s Quarterly Report of Fees. Motion passed
unanimously.
Callanan moved with Ginapp seconding, to approve the Clerk’s Monthly Report of Fees. Motion passed
unanimously.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to approve reports from the Environmental Health Service Manager
concerning Manure Management Plan Update for Muth Stock Farms (site #59020) and forward to the DNR.
Motion passed unanimously.
County Engineer Billings provided an update.
Callanan moved with Ginapp seconding, to adjourn at 10:07 a.m. Motion passed unanimously.

The Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, met in special session pursuant to adjournment at
9:00 a.m. Present: Chairman Chris Watts, Vice Chairman Casey Callanan, Supervisor Carl Ginapp, and various
members of the public.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Courthouse security and to receive a building and grounds update.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:39 a.m.
