FAYETTE COUNTY – A Northern Iowa man wanted on warrants as he awaits prison was nabbed by cops.

On July 31, 2024, at approximately 12:00 PM, 41-year-old Justin Douglas Pattison of Sumner, Iowa, was sentenced on numerous drug charges related to narcotics warrants executed in 2022 and 2023. Pattison was sentenced to 15 years in prison for 3 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense, D Felonies. Pattison (pictured at top), whom had 3 additional Fayette County arrest warrants, was taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail.

The arrest warrants were for the following charges:

– Violation of Pre-trial Release

– Probation Violation, Domestic Assault with a weapon

– Driving While License Barred

The bond amount $25,000 cash/surety.

Pattison is currently being held at the Fayette County Jail.
