WATERLOO – A man was fond shot to death in Waterloo, and police are seeking clues about his demise.
On Saturday April 6, 2024, at approximately 1:00 PM, consolidated dispatch received a call of a person on the ground by Corky’s Auto on 435 W Parker. Waterloo Patrol Officer arrived on scene and found a male to be deceased. Upon further investigation, the male has been identified as 27 -year-old London Moore of Waterloo. This Investigation continues.
Days later, the Iowa State Medical Examiner’s Office in Ankeny ruled the death London Moore as a homicide. The cause of death was by a gunshot wound.
Police said this investigation is still ongoing.
