RURAL MASON CITY – A Mason City couple suffered injuries when their vehicle rolled into a ditch north of town.
On the November 19, 2023, at approximately 5:00 AM, the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle rollover on 300th Street and Orchid Avenue in Mason City. Cedrinique Coleman, age 31 of Mason City, was traveling east on 300th Street when she swerved to miss an animal which caused her to enter the south ditch at a high rate of speed and roll her vehicle. Cedrinique suffered minor cuts on her hands from the accident. Her passenger, Brandon Mitchell, age 27 of Mason City, suffered a minor jaw injury.
Both were treated at the scene by paramedics and released from the scene.
