MASON CITY – The Charles H. MacNider Art Museum announced that Scott Reibsamen of Coffin Crew Masks will be giving an artist talk next week.
This event will take place on Saturday, October 28 at 1 pm in the Museum’s Kinney-Lindstrom Gallery. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis and is free and open to the public.
Join us for a talk with local artist Scott Reibsamen of Coffin Crew Masks as he discusses the history of Halloween masks, teaching yourself an artform and the creative process of creating a latex mask from start to finish. The talk will last about 45 minutes and there will be time for questions at the end.
Charles H. MacNider Art Museum is located at 303 Second Street SE in Mason City. The Museum is open 9 am to 5 pm Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday; 9 am to 8 pm on Tuesday and Thursday; and closed Sunday and Monday.
