BOONE, IOWA – An Iowa man is facing sentencing after exposing his private regions to two victims.
Pat Grant Kepner, age 45 of Boone, Iowa, appeared in district court for a jury trial on two counts of indecent exposure, both serious misdemeanors. The charges stemmed from the defendant’s exposure of his genitals to two separate victims in the city of Boone. Following two days of trial the jury returned verdicts of Guilty on both counts.
Sentencing will be set for a later date at which time the defendant faces up to 1 year in jail on each count plus requirements to be on the Sex Offender Registry and a special parole.
The case was investigated by the Boone Police Department.
