PALO ALTO COUNTY – A Northern Iowa man is accused of lascivious conduct with a minor.
On July 22, 2022 at 8:55 AM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 64-year-old Michael Dean Mammen of Graettinger, Iowa, on a valid no bond Palo Alto County arrest warrant for lascivious conduct with a minor, a serious misdemeanor. Following his arrest, Mammen was placed in jail to await his initial appearance before a judge. He was appointed a public defender.
Mammen awaits an arraignment on August 19.
