Gov. Reynolds signs new Public Health Disaster proclamation

DES MOINES – Friday, Gov. Reynolds signed a new Public Health Disaster proclamation that extends critical regulatory relief for an additional 30 days to those on the frontlines of COVID19 recovery.

The proclamation continues to strongly encourage Iowans, businesses, and organizations to take reasonable public health measures consistent with guidance from the Iowa Department of Public Health.

The proclamation also continues to extend the waiver on transportation restrictions for overweight loads.

  1. She should declare herself a Public Health Disaster. That would be the first thing in a long, long time that she has done for Iowa.

  2. got to be one of the worst gov’s we have had. yet i saw a poll the other day that said she is likely to be re elected. cant believe it after flubbing the covid responsonse. she dont have my vote. its the redublicans who is gunna do it. I would never vote that way. i vote on merit, and she surely doesnt have any.

    1. A dumb ass like you wouldn’t know merit if it bit you in the ass. She will be re-elected because the majority of the people like her and idiots like you don’t matter.
