Blood on the ground and two spent casings. Nobody was hit? So did they assume it was poor firearms handling and it was slide bite? Where they pistol casings or shotgun shells? The blood had to come out of someone, somehow. Anyone else feel unsafe just about 48% of the time?

I believe it was back in the 80’s one of the city council members sent out fliers inviting low lifes to come here and live because of the low income housing that was available. I can’t remember her name.

Low income housing plus super easy to get welfare benefits along with a police force and sheriffs dept. that is basically too incompetent or too lazy to catch criminals or to solve crimes.
