NORTHWOOD – A Nora Springs woman accused of in Worth county of stealing from a booster club has been given probation along with a deferred judgement.
Manly, Iowa police charged 37-year-old Autumn Dillavou with third-degree theft. Allegedly, she stole over $9,300 from the Central Springs booster club for athletics. The alleged theft took place in May of 2016.
Dillavou entered a guilty plea this week. She was sentenced in a deferred judgement to one year of probation on the third-degree theft charge. She must pay $805.50 in fines and court costs; a judge suspended half of her fine.
