FOREST CITY, IOWA – A teen has been reported missing to authorities.
Miranda S. Smith, age 17, was reported missing on September 20 to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office. Miranda is white, 5′-3″ tall, 163 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.
