CLEAR LAKE – Clear Lake police have charged a local man with theft and trespassing.
Clear Lake police went to the home of 48-year-old Richard Dale Siglar on May 12 after a a warrant for his arrest was issued. He had failed to appear in court to answer for charges of fourth degree theft and trespassing, both brought by the CLPD.
Siglar pleaded not guilty to the trespassing charge and awaits a trial in November. He will be arraigned later this month on the theft charge. He’s being held on $2,000 bond at this time.
