MASON CITY – Law enforcement worked together to nab an intoxicated young man this morning.
A Cerro Gordo deputy assisted Mason City police in locating a possible intoxicated person Wednesday just after midnight. Officers searched the area of Kentucky Avenue and 6th Street SE after a report from a concerned citizen. A male subject, 19-year-old David John-otto Rhoades of Mason City, was soon located. He was arrested on charges of public intoxication and unlawful consumption and taken to the county jail for processing.
Rhoades was held on bond as a court date was set.
funny thing is he’s passed away now after good ol MCPD claim no foul play body was decomposed so as a year or two at least, last time he was arrested was in 21 for ASSAULT ON PERSON IN CERTAIN OCCUPATION no noticed he was gone/missing for extended period of time? I wonder how many more bodies will show up in that specific area, within that county even
I used to wear eye makeup and stare in the mirror for hours growing up. Teenagers are very curious, introspective, and hedonistic. It’s also a time of questioning one’a sexuality, and the morays you were brought under. Not strange or abnormal at all. What is abnormal is repressing those processes.
