IOWA CITY – Police in this college town made a traffic stop Monday evening of a suspicious vehicle and discovered the driver was high on weed.

According to a report, police stopped 2012 GMS Terrain driven by Jacob Treygo Little, age 19, after a report that he did not have a valid driver’s license. During the stop, officers smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Little had bloodshot, watery eyes and cotton mouth. He also admitted to having recently smoked the illegal drug earlier that day. Officers determined Little was impaired and he was arrested.

At the Johnson County Jail, during a full body search, deputies “located a baggie of marijuana stuffed inside the defendant’s buttocks”.

Little was charged with operating while intoxicated and felony D possession of contraband in a jail.
