MASON CITY – A Fort Dodge woman was arrested Sunday at the Mason City Wal-Mart, charged with theft.
Mason City police were called to Wal-Mart, 3200 4th Street SW, at noon Sunday and arrested 23-year-old Megan Shoshana Freeman of Fort Dodge. Freeman was charged with theft in the fifth degree. She was also wanted on a felony burglary charge out of Webster county.
Freeman was still in the Cerro Gordo County Jail Monday morning, held on $9,000 cash-only bond.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
