MASON CITY – The NIACC women’s basketball team cruised to its fourth straight win with a 105-42 victory over Riverland Community College Monday night in the NIACC gym.
Sophomore Chelsey Jacox led the Lady Trojans with 22 points. Freshman Cortni Rush scored 18 points and sophomore Kadejah Young scored 15 points.
NIACC, which led 58-13 at the half, outscored Riverland 47-29 in the second half to eclipse the 100-point mark for the fourth straight game to start the season.
NIACC returns to action Wednesday at home against Rochester Community and Technical College.
