(NIT) – A legendary NFL coach passed away Friday.
Former Oilers coach Bum Phillips – father of former Cowboys coach Wade Phillips – died Friday at the age of 90.
“Bum is gone to Heaven-loved and will be missed by all -great Dad,Coach, and Christian,” his son Wade Phillips tweeted. Wade is defensive coordinator for the Houston Texans.
“Bum” Phillips coached at the high school, college, and professional levels.
