MASON CITY – A Mason City man was arrested early Tuesday afternoon on a charge of indecent exposure.
Steven Craig Milton, 64, is now being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on a single charge of indecent exposure. He was booked at 12:47 PM Tuesday. A $1,000.00 cash bond has been set. Records show that Steven C. Milton owns a home in Mason City at the 900 block of North Pierce Avenue.
According to the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office, Steven C. Milton of Mason City was observed by a Conservation Officer Tuesday at approximately 11:51 AM walking naked on a trail in the Lime Creek Nature Center. Milton was detained at that time and taken into custody by Cerro Gordo County
Deputies.
Milton was transported to the Cerro Gordo County J ail and charged with Indecent
Exposure which is a serious misdemeanor.
Iowa code 709.9 states that:
709.9 INDECENT EXPOSURE.
A person who exposes the person’s genitals or pubes to another not the person’s spouse, or who commits a sex act in the presence of or view of a third person, commits a serious misdemeanor, if:
1. The person does so to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of either party; and
2. The person knows or reasonably should know that the act is offensive to the viewer.

Man our society has really become messed up. People have done to much inbreeding and smoked way to much ditch weed, we need to start doing some major house cleaning and caricaturizations.
