The preconstruction services (Early Contractor Involvement) award is anticipated in fiscal year 2014 with the option to award construction in fiscal year 2015.

The Mexico City project is solicited under OBO’s Excellence in Diplomatic Facilities initiative and will demonstrate the value of an integrated design that balances aesthetics, cost, constructability, and reliability.
