FORT DODGE – Larry Thomas Siemer, an inmate assigned to the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility died Wednesday April 24, 2013 at University Hospitals in Iowa City.
Siemer died of natural causes due to complications from Coronary Artery Disease.
Siemer was 57 years old and serving a life sentence from Polk County for Kidnapping First Degree. This sentence began on December 23, 1988.
