MASON CITY – A second suspect has now been arrested in connection with the burglary to Dugan’s Supermarket in Rockwell that occurred on December 30th, 2012.
On January 5, 2013 at about 11:30 PM, Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Officers arrested Frederick Joseph Olson age 40, of Mason City and charged him with Burglary 3rd Degree (Class D Felony), Possession of Burglary Tools (Aggravated Misdemeanor), and Possession of stolen property (Simple Misdemeanor). He was being held at the Cerro Gordo County Jail on $5000 bond.
Also as a result of the investigation, Leroy Leonard White, 52, of Mason City was arrested for Burglary 3rd degree and Possession of Burglar’s Tools, a felony and aggravated misdemeanor.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
