Forest City, Iowa – Jill Minkel has been promoted to the position of Assistant Director of Admissions at Waldorf College. For the past five years, Minkel has worked in the Waldorf admissions department as an admissions counselor.
“Jill’s enthusiasm and dedication make her a great fit for the Assistant Director role. Her successful work as an admissions counselor hasprepared her for the new duties, and I have great confidence in her abilities,” says Scott Pitcher, Director of Admissions.
“I’m excited for the opportunity and the leadership duties that come with it,” said Minkel. “I look forward to expanding my responsibilities in the admissions department and enrolling more students in the college.”
Minkel, a 2007 graduate of Waldorf College, holds a degree in communications with emphasis in public relations and print media. In addition to working as an admissions counselor, she has also been the Waldorf women’s basketball assistant coach. With her new position in the admissions department, she has transitioned to the role of women’s basketball recruiting coordinator.
