Members of the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force executed a search warrant at 204 S. Canfield Street, Dunkerton, Iowa. During the search warrant investigators located over 5 grams of Methamphetamine, quanitity of marijuana, cash and numerous firearms.
Arrested from the residence were:
Gene Niedermann DOB: 11/15/1954 Charges: Possession with intent to deliver over 5 grams of Methamphetamine while in immediate possession of a firearm and Possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
Jan Niedermann DOB: 11/03/1952 Charges: Possession of Methamphetamine.
Both were arrested and transported to the Black Hawk County Jail.
