VIRGINIA, Minn. – NIACC’s men’s basketball team is back at a .500-record after an 81-75 win over Mesabi Range Community Technical College on Friday night.
The win moved NIACC to 7-7. The last time NIACC had a .500-record was when they were 3-3 after beating Rochester Community Technical College 90-77 on November 15.
Kendale Dunn (So., Cleveland, OH) had 18 points in the win, while Chris Davis (Fr., Colorado Springs, CO) had 16 points. Dejoni Norris (Fr., Waterloo, IA) added 11 and Nathan Brandt (Fr., Burlington, WI) and Dominique Wright (Fr., Colorado Springs, CO) both reached 10 points.
The Trojans, who are playing in the Mesabi Range Classic, will play Hibbing Community College tomorrow at noon.
