Emmetsburg, IOWA — The Emmetsburg Police Department and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are seeking assistance from the public in locating James Michael Pietrarosso. Pietrarosso is a 32 years old male from the Emmetsburg, Iowa area. He is wanted for Attempted Murder, Sexual Assault in the First Degree, and First Degree Burglary committed in the morning hours of November 12, 2011 within the City of Emmetsburg.
At the time of the commission of the crimes, Pietrarosso was out on Bond on drug-related offenses following an investigation in June of this year.
Pietrarosso was last seen in the Spencer, Iowa area. His whereabouts are unknown at this time. The Emmetsburg Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating this subject.
