Around 8:15, Monday morning, a report was made about a serious two car accident with injuries in Clear Lake on Highway 18 and 8th St. The accident was actually further west on Highway 18, involving a Volkswagon and a Minivan. Both drivers were taken by ambulance to the Hospital. Mason City Police assisted with the accident. No other information was available.
