Wellness Programs for Women to Begin at the Focus Living Center

Focus Living Center News Release Focus Living Center will begin programs for women in January. The Focus Living Center offers programs for women using a whole person wellness approach and is located in downtown Mason City at 109 First Street SE. The programs to begin in January are Conversation Circles that will meet twice a month on Tuesday nights. The first Conversation Circle topic will be on New Year’s Resolutions, Kaizen Style ñ One Small Step Toward Success to be held on Tuesday, January 4 at 7 pm. This first Conversation Circle will introduce the Kaizen Way of making changes in life and achieving goals starting out with the most common New Year’s Resolutions. This program is just $5.00 a person. Other programs to begin in January are Embracing Wellness-One Step At A Time, Mindset Makeover-The Inner Game of Success, and Finding Your True Purpose.
