MASON CITY – A Mason City man was spotted allegedly doing a dirty deed in a busy gas station parking lot Sunday afternoon.
According to a person who took pictures of the incident and turned them over to NIT, a known Mason City man pulled into the Kum & Go gas station parking lot at 1303 4th Street SW in a car with several other people inside. According to the source, the people in the car threw garbage out of the car as they pulled up in front of the gas station. Moments later, the man proceeded to get out of the car and go to the back passenger side. He then began to urinate on the car.
“He was urinating and what was amazing about it was that when he was done he left a wet spot on the car when he backed away and started zipping his pants back up,” the source told NIT.
The source and his companion were in shock as the man whizzed all over the gold vehicle.
“I thought he was getting out to pick up the garbage that they threw out of the car right there,” the source explained. “Then he starts undoing his pants and starts urinating. We were just shocked by this happening right in front of the front door at 3 in the afternoon on a Sunday afternoon.”
It was not known if police were aware of the incident.

Someone finally found his tweezers and was able to locate the little pecker to pee. DUDE we know you need attention but NO ONE wants to see that…Not to mention when there is public restrooms at the gas station, walgreens, and other various near by locations.
@tweezers-He probably lost his magnifying glass and had to use his string. They are just to damn lazy to walk 20 feet and use the rest room like normal people.

This is proof positive of the offense of urinating in public and indecent exposure. it would be great if someone knew who this was and turned in the pictures… Some child could have been going into the convenience store or anyone for that matter… It continues to be clear that we are just one real classy town……not!!
No, all you see is a man with baggy pants standing near a car with his hands in front of him. This is not proof positive, and wouldn’t be admissible in court without accompanying eye witness testimony.

We discussed the incident with the person who took the photos, who happily sent them to us. We interviewed the witness separately. Our report is based on that interaction. Yes, the photos appeared on mughsots prior to our story, but we did our due diligence and worked for the story and photos from the source on our own.
